Manufacturer's Terms & Conditions
To use these services, you must agree to these terms and conditions.

Email - You agree to accept email from customt-shirts.info and select third party offers.

Fees - It is free to join and post bids. When a bid is accepted by a buyer and you approve it, you agree to pay 10% of the total accepted bid amount for this service.
- No Contact Information Posted - You agree not to offer contact information to anybody until they accept your bid and you then agree to it.
- Banned Manufacturer's - Posting contact information is forbidden. By accepting these terms, you agree that if you do post contact information you will pay 10% of the bid amount, or $50, whichever is higher, immediately or you will be banned from the site permenently.

Bid Amounts - You agree to include all costs in bid amounts. Bids must include screen charges, set up charges and any other charge the buyer may incur.
- Refunds - Manufacturers will be charged 10% of the bid amount. It is to be paid before receiving the buyer's information. If the job costs more or less than the bid amount, the fee does not change. If the job never happens or is never completed, and no money has changed hands, then the fee will be 100% refunded.

Introduction Service - You understand that this is basically an online introduction service. Once a buyer is matched with a manufacturer, it is the buyer’s and manufacturer’s responsibility to create a good relationship. customt-shirts.info and T-ShirtKing.com are not responsible for any actions after introduction.

Act Honorably - You agree to act honorably in dealing with the buyers and others involved with this site.

Held Harmless- CustomT-Shirts.info and T-ShirtKing.com are held harmless in any actions or liabilities resulting from the association of people using this site. Once you accept a buyer from this site, they are your client and all results, good and bad are yours to deal with exclusive of T-ShirtKing.com & CustomT-Shirts.info.
